Gathers data from source databases (e.g. Cerner Millennium secondary node, CapMan)
Data Storage for maintaining near real-time copies of Millennium backend tables

Transform Layer

Data Storage for ready-to-use tables to meet operational and clinical reporting
Acts as a source database for feeding other databases e.g. data warehouse based on local implementation plan
